Kadmati VA facilitates communication, contracts, and payments but is not directly responsible for service outcomes.
Virtual Assistants operate as independent contractors and are not employees of ABDRABBOHS WINNERS CIRCLE INC.
3. Account Registration & Use
a) Eligibility
Users must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering contracts.
b) Account Creation:
Users must provide accurate and up-to-date registration information.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
c) Account Termination

4. Payments & Fees

Prohibited activities include:

Disputes between Clients and VAs.

Clients and VAs should resolve disputes independently. ABDRABBOHS WINNERS CIRCLE INC may offer guidance but is not obligated to enforce resolutions.
9. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold ABDRABBOHS WINNERS CIRCLE INC harmless from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from misuse of the Platform.
